Meet the Author
Trudy J. Smith
Trudy and her father, M. Bruce Jones, collaborated and published their first book
White Christmas, Bloody Christmas in the fall of 1990. With the original publication long out of print yet still in great demand, Trudy has decided to bring out a new enlarged and revised edition of the Lawson murder story.
Trudy is a graduate of GTCC earning an Associate in Arts Degree. Upon graduation, she earned the college's Academic Achievement Award as well as being nominated the "Most Outstanding" graduate in her class.
Trudy and her husband, Andy, live in Randolph County, North Carolina, and have one son. Their
hobbies and other interests include raising and showing American Quarter Horses as well
as being Pembroke Welsh Corgi enthusiasts.
